All hotel areas are based on availability, occupancy, in-house groups and advance approval by Hilton Austin management.
Elevator cling material must be printed on a low tack. Artwork must be submitted to the hotel prior to printing. Damages to or removal of existing hotel branding will be subject to an additional fee of $350.00 per item. Any unapproved branding will be subject to removal by the hotel.
The Hilton Austin will also oversee any and all branding applications; please make sure to coordinate installation(s) with your Event Manager. All installation(s) will require proof of approval. Only approved vendors/installers -- including Thomas Reprographics, Freeman and The UPS Store -- are authorized to apply/install branding items.
