Shipping To the Hotel

Packages may be delivered to the Hilton Austin and received on-site by The UPS Store up to one week prior to the group's event. Storage arrangements must be made through your Catering or Event Manager; however, please note that the hotel's storage facilities are extremely limited.
Valuable items should be shipped only at your discretion, as The UPS Store cannot be held responsible for contents damaged in transit.
When shipping materials to the Hilton Austin, please include the following information on all packages to ensure proper delivery and storage:
Conference Name
Event Dates
Client / Guest Name
Hold for Arrival (Date)
Hotel Name / Address / City, State ZIP
Number of Packages
Receiving, handling and shipping charges may apply.  No COD packages will be accepted.  The Hilton Austin's policies on safe package-handling are based on advice from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Please review the attached document for additional instructions and details regarding shipping and handling procedures.

Shipping From the Hotel

The Hilton Austin also utilizes The UPS Store for all outbound shipping needs, whether you are sending a small package or requesting assistance with freight.
Guests will be responsible for preparing and returning their own packages. To ensure that packages are properly handled, we recommend placing a packing slip on the inside and the outside of each package.
We also ask that you do not leave your packages in the hotel's meeting space, exhibit hall or guest rooms but request a pick-up by contacting The UPS Store at (512)682-2828 or store6086@theupsstore.com.
