It is the policy of Hilton Worldwide to make every effort to return any found property to its rightful owner. All found property in the hotel will be recorded, stored and disposed of, whether it is left in a guest room, in a public space or in any other area of the hotel.
We will make every attempt to determine the legitimate owner and return the found property; however, if the owner cannot be determined within ninety days (or during another time period specified by local law), the found property will be disposed of in accordance with state law. Please note that policy does not apply to minor items such as a toothbrush, ladies' hosiery, cigarettes, etc. that may be found on property.
