Daily housekeeping services, consisting of general cleaning, take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Should one of your guests require special times of service, requests may be submitted directly to Housekeeping by dialing 0 on your guest room phone.
The suggested housekeeping gratuity is $2.00 per day. Some groups may have the gratuity rate pre-determined in the contract and billed to the master account.
Each guest room is equipped with several amenities, either at no charge or for a nominal fee. These items include an iron and ironing board, a coffeemaker, a hairdryer, an in-room safe and bath/shower amenities Additional bedding -- such as a crib or a rollaway bed -- may be requested additionally and are subject to availability. Please note that there is a maximum of four persons (including children) allowed per guest room.
