All packages that are shipping to guests will be received by The UPS Store, located in the lobby of the Hilton Austin, and stored at a fee for up to 90 days. Any unclaimed packages that remain after the 90-day timeframe will be returned to the sender.
During its regular business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, The UPS Store will assist guests with on-site deliveries at the Hilton Austin property. Our Front Office staff will take care of guest deliveries that may be requested after hours.
The UPS Store will accept and release packages shipped through FedEx Express or Ground and make arrangements, as needed, for any packages that cannot be handled in-house.
The 2016 package receiving and shipping fees are as follows:
Carrier envelopes - $4.00
Padded pack - $5.00
2-10 pounds - $7.00
11-20 pounds - $15.00
21-40 pounds - $25.00
41-60 pounds - $50.00
61-100 pounds - $80.00
100+ pounds - $120.00
Pallets - $275.00
The receiving fee includes the receipt, security, storage and delivery of packages to the guest or event planner. The shipping fee includes the addressing, labeling, taping and forwarding of packages to the Hilton Austin loading dock, the stacking and wrapping of pallets, coordination with the carrier and the logging and forwarding of tracking numbers to the shipper. Any shipping charges are additional. The UPS Store is also happy to ship packages or freight using the account of the shipper, the third party or the recipient.
