The Hilton Austin's check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest Services department can arrange to check luggage for those guests who arrive early but are unable to access their rooms, as well as guests who are attending group functions on departure day.
Your guests will have the opportunity to confirm their departure date at check-in. Once this departure date has been confirmed, a one night's room and tax fee will be assessed in the event a guest departs prior to his/her confirmed departure date.
Late check-outs are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the Front Office directly to discuss availability and any associated fees.
Satellite check-in is available at the Hilton Austin; however, an arrival manifest must be provided seven (7) days in advance of major arrival in order to be eligible for consideration. The success of a satellite check-in is dependant on the hotel's occupancy the evening before and the flow of your arrival manifest. Your Catering or Event Manager will be able to discuss these issues in more detail and assist you in determining whether this is the correct solution for your arrival.
Upon departure, your guest room folio is sent electronically to the e-mail address on file for your stay. Simply verify the charges, use the television remote, dial extension 0 or text (512)790-2000 to check out. Please leave your keys in the room. If you are not departing the hotel immediately, luggage storage may be arranged at the Bell Stand.
